Prints & licensing

Bring an image off the screen.

Lost Photons prints are made to order from my astrophotography archive. These are not mass-produced stock images. Each print is prepared from the final processed image file and ordered based on the size, paper, and delivery needs of the buyer.

I currently handle print orders by inquiry so I can confirm the best crop, size, paper choice, and shipping or local delivery options before anything is produced.

Made to order

  1. 01

    Build a preview

Choose the image, size, material, frame, and crop you have in mind, then send the inquiry.

  2. 02

    Confirm the details

I confirm the crop, output material, delivery method, and complete quote before anything is ordered.

  3. 03

    Produce and deliver

The final file is prepared for the agreed format, then the print is produced and shipped or arranged for local delivery.

What does “photo paper” mean here?

It means premium lustre or pearl photographic paper chosen for deep blacks, controlled reflections, sharp stars, and rich color. It is not ordinary poster paper.

Will the image be cropped?

Not without confirmation. Use Full image to preserve the complete composition or Fill print to preview an edge-to-edge crop. I confirm the final crop with you before ordering.

Are frames included in the listed price?

No. Listed prices cover unframed lustre or pearl photo paper prints. Frames, canvas, metal, glass, mounting, and shipping are quoted separately.

How long will an order take?

Because every print is made to order, timing depends on the selected material, size, and delivery method. The expected schedule is included with the quote before you commit.

Can I request another image or a custom size?

Yes. Search the print studio for another archive image or choose Custom sizing. Unusual crops and formats are reviewed before a quote is prepared.
